Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our soaps are formulated with natural oils and botanical extracts. We recommend our fragrance-free 'Pure & Gentle' bar specifically for those with highly reactive skin.
Do your products contain palm oil?
We are proud to be 100% palm oil-free. We use sustainable alternatives like shea butter, cocoa butter, and olive oil to ensure our products are environmentally conscious.
How long does a typical bar of soap last?
With proper care, a standard 4oz bar lasts between 3 to 4 weeks. To extend the life of your soap, we recommend using a draining soap dish to keep the bar dry between uses.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used soap bars. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals, and the majority of our range is vegan. Any products containing honey or beeswax are clearly labeled in the ingredient list.
