Our Baobab oil is cold pressed from the seeds of organic baobab trees. The oil is golden yellow in colour and has a neutral scent.

Our organic baobab seed oil is certified organic by the Soil Association. We are inspected annually to make sure we comply with their strict regulations.

How to Use Baobab Oil For Skin

Baobab oil is great moisturising properties and is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins. It helps soothe skin and reduce skin redness. It best suited for irritated skin, combination skin and especially dry skin types.

It has a comedogenic rating of 2, meaning it may clog pores for people with oily or acne prone skin types.

  1. Measure the shea butter and melt in a bowl over hot water or a microwave
  2. Weigh out the jojoba oil and organic baobab oil.
  3. Mix the oils into the melted shea butter
  4. Once fully combined, leave to cool in the fridge.
  5. Once the mixture looks like it is starting to set, whisk until it creates a creamy whipped consistency.
  6. Now your skin treatment is ready to use!
